Description
This note from LeRoy Neiman provides range of the artist’s comments on food. Largely, the document is divided into two subjects, respective to page. The first page, for the most part, constitutes a list of punny aphorisms related to haute cuisine. The second page proves more autobiographical. The note, although not written in conjunction with any one artwork, could be seen as providing context for the artist’s food related works.
