This note from LeRoy Neiman provides an a pictorial description of a fragmented set of images from haute cuisine. Despite this fragmentation, the note proves divided in three more general sections: food, “High Tea”, and wine. Neiman then describes images connected to these subjects, such as the starched white chef’s hat, a shined teapot, and the “blood of grapes”.
